Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. This is a strict policy — as jerseys are clothing items, we cannot accept returns beyond this window. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Free from any stains, odors, or signs of wear.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at hello@ballershirt.com within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • The product(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return.
  • Clear photos of the item(s) showing the condition and tags.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1 business day.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or Personalized Jerseys: Any jersey with customized name, number, or printing.
  • Sale Items: Products purchased during promotional sales or clearance events (unless defective).
  • Undergarments: Socks, shorts, or any items considered intimate apparel.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@ballershirt.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.
