Free delivery on orders over AED 200. Standard delivery 2-4 business days across all Emirates.
Delivery Times
Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched same day. Delivery within UAE: 2-4 business days.
3-Day Returns
Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Jerseys are clothing items — no exceptions beyond 3 days.
Quality Guarantee
Premium quality jerseys. If you receive a defective item, we'll replace it free of charge.
Shipping Policy
We deliver to all cities in the United Arab Emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery charges: AED 15 for orders under AED 200. Free for orders AED 200+.
Return Policy
You can return any item within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. As jerseys are clothing items, we strictly cannot accept returns beyond 3 days.
To initiate a return, email hello@ballershirt.com with your order number within 3 days of delivery.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
